Terry & Tiffany McConnell

Before becoming full-time missionaries, Terry worked as an engineer and EMT with the Fort Worth Fire Department, while Tiffany taught flute in the public school system in Burleson, Texas. In 2016, they felt God calling them to leave their careers in the United States and step into a new season of obedience, living and serving at Eagle’s Nest.

Within nine months, they had sold or given away most of their belongings and made the move to Guatemala, trusting God to lead them into this new chapter of ministry.

Today, Terry and Tiffany serve together in a variety of roles at Eagle’s Nest. They host and coordinate short-term mission teams, plan and oversee projects, coordinate community service opportunities, and assist with the management and care of our 50+ staff members.

In addition to their leadership roles at Eagle’s Nest, Terry and Tiffany both serve as active members of the Nido del Águila Board of Directors (Vice President and Secretary, respectively).

Terry and Tiffany are passionate about serving others, building relationships, and creating opportunities for people to experience God’s love through the ministry of Eagle’s Nest.
